Are you an experienced RN with a background in skilled nursing facility management? St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently hiring a full-time Unit Manager for first shift with alternating on-call weeks. Located in Berlin, NH, our 74-bed skilled nursing facility provides compassionate short and long-term care in a supportive environment tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Job Responsibilities:

  • Unit Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and provide 24-hour oversight of the unit.
  • Care Monitoring: Monitor resident care delivered by licensed nurses and LNAs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to physician orders, monitor medication and treatment schedules, and maintain accurate MDS documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, supporting the ADON and closely assisting the Director of Nurses.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of resident-related care information to uphold HIPAA compliance.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision to Licensed Nurses, LNAs, and LMNAs, ensuring quality care on the assigned unit.
