About the Job
The New Hampshire Food Bank is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Agency Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering relationships between the Food Bank and its member agencies, as well as building connections with local food donors. Job Responsibilities:
· Perform site visits with member agencies and retail store donors to ensure compliance with Feeding America’s regulations.
· Deliver internal and external communications and promote the Food Bank by attending charity fairs, school and civic functions, etc.
· Build relationships with local businesses and other partnerships to generate food donations.
· Manage, control, and catalog grant funding specific to food purchases.
· Review donation trends of NH Food Bank’s grocery partners, report changes, and identify opportunities for expansion.
· Maintain the food donor database, issue purchase orders, and coordinate product donations with assistance from Warehouse Operations Manager and Warehouse staff.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of direct experience working in Human Services/related field.
· Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working condition and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers and various software packages, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
· Experience developing outreach materials, leading trainings, and working in a nonprofit environment is a plus.
