Nonprofit Leader Roundtables

"Having the support and expertise of other executive directors was an invaluable resource. I gained a huge amount of practical knowledge and was pointed to important and useful tools. It was also wonderful to be able to share the many mundane and more serious issues that fall on the shoulders of EDs in a safe and supportive space."

"I joined the ED Roundtable not knowing quite what to expect, but it quickly became the most vital tool in my ED toolkit! Having time to chat with peers in an organized but candid format has led to personal, professional, programmatic, and even staff growth thanks to a referral!

I can't imagine being as effective without it."

-2022-23 Roundtable participants

Nonprofit leader roundtables provide unique forums in which leaders can come together with a consistent group of peers to build community and share experiences, challenges, and solutions.

Roundtables meet monthly October - June and topics are selected by the group.

Roundtables strive to:

  • Set a tone that is conducive to brainstorming, sharing ideas, solving problems, and networking.
  • Address topics related to the unique challenges and issues new nonprofit executives face every day.
  • Deepen connections and build a community of support amongst participants.

If you want to build relationships with other nonprofit executives and are seeking inspiration and new strategies, roundtables are a worthwhile investment.

Information and registration for 2024-25 roundtables will be available in July.
