Key 2017 Tax Provisions Set to Expire

Nonprofits can expect the need to engage on federal proposals next year as key provisions of the 2017 tax law expire. 

The National Council of Nonprofits has prepared background memos on key tax provisions that impact the nonprofit sector, including: Charitable Giving Tax Incentives, Employment Tax Policies, Nonpartisanship, Natural Disaster Tax Relief, and Volunteering Incentives.
