Description

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint. Our organization is growing rapidly and looking for new site directors to run our after-school programs. If you are interested in running an after-school site as a part of the Boys & Girls Club team, we welcome you to apply. We have a part-time position available in Hill, NH.

The right candidate will be a creative, energetic, and organized individual and will oversee programming and daily enrichment activities. The Site Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of specific programs for youth. Activities operated within the program shall support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire's priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. The position also provides leadership and supervision to assigned program staff and volunteers.
