The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and School Time programs with a large geographic footprint.

The Lead Teacher position is responsible for upholding and implementing the BGC mission, supporting children’s learning, and ensuring the health and safety of all children. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: developing curriculum, child observations, and assessment, supporting volunteers, practicum students, and mentoring staff. Knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practice, emergent curriculum, and child assessment are paramount for this position.
