The opportunity

The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) works with borrowers seeking mortgage loans secured by manufactured homes and other single-family homes and is responsible for seeking potential borrowers, working with applicants to complete loan applications, and analyzing those applications. 

The MLO also assists with developing new loan products and marketing outreach, as well as identifying new markets for portfolio growth. This role will work closely with the Single-Family Housing team to ensure timely and reliable processing of mortgage loan applications. 

The successful candidate will have a passion for our mission, and an enthusiasm for bettering N.H.’s communities. Experience in the banking or mortgage industry is required, along with a current NMLS license. Familiarity with loan-origination software is required along with an ability and drive to learn. Also needed are strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Bilingual fluency is preferred.

We offer a hybrid work plan that combines remote work with time in our Concord office.
