JAG-NH is a statewide 501(c)3 organization dedicated to engaging youth most at risk in developing the leadership, academic engagement, and career skills to graduate from high school and pursue meaningful lives. Launched in New Hampshire in 1987 as a state-based network of dropout prevention programs, the JAG program achieves its mission by forming partnerships with schools, community colleges, and community-based organizations and maintaining innovative experiential curricula focused on purposeful learning, career development, and real-world work experiences.

Who Are We Looking For?
The Youth Specialist is a dynamic role in motivating, educating, and improving the lives of high school students at Berlin High School. A typical day, your work might include:
- Recruiting Youth to become eligible participants in the JAG program.
- Implementing the JAG Model through a nationally recognized curriculum.
- Instructing classes on career preparation, job attainment, and leadership skills.
- Promoting and building your self-sustained program to reach the maximum number of community partners and career pathways for participants.
- Building and fostering relationships with the students you serve.
- Reporting in the JAGForce database.
Please reach out if you have many of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities.
- Experience working with Youth with barriers to attain a high school diploma.
