Are you a BCBA or RBT looking for a new opportunity to work with a different demographic? Look no further! Ideal position for a BCBA or RBT with interest and/or experience in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Since 2013, The Greengard Center for Autism (GCFA) has offered unique, lifelong opportunities for adults with autism. We provide a variety of services to adults through our Day, Residential, and Group Programs. GCFA is an organization that provides our services based on Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Support in an environment that promotes warmth and acceptance.
We are searching for a Program Director to join an administrative team that thrives on strong collaborative relationships. In this position, the BCBA Program Director will be working with a small team including other BCBAs, Lead Staff, an Operations Manager, Nurse Trainer, the Executive Director, and approximately 40 Direct Support Professionals.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who is has prior experience in human service management.
Essential Functions:
- Supervision of all direct support staff and lead staff
- Clinical support and oversight to all direct support staff
- Collaborative clinical supports, working effectively with other BCBAs
- Participating in staff meetings
- Providing training and support to new hires
- Residential program oversight including nursing/medication administration
Requirements:
- At least two years experience as a practicing BCBA/RBT
- At least one year experience working in Human Services Management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Commitment to staff growth and development
- Successful organizational/time management skills
- Positive attitude and desire to help others
