Description

The program coordinator will be a central member of the NHCJE team, assisting in day-to-day administrative, organizational, and operational activities of programs and events. This person will provide professional administrative support as a key resource person for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate activities of the NHCJE team, consultants, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of projects.
  2. Organize and implement a range of programmatic activities to support NHCJE’s operations.
  3. Act as a liaison and ambassador for NHCJE to maintain effective working relationships with external partners.
  4. Assist with grant and contract development and participate in other fundraising activities.
  5. Assist in conference, program, event, and meeting planning, considering staffing and other needs.
  6. Develop and manage dissemination of communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will likely have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, or other applicable area of interest and two years of related experience; an Associate's degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and work/lived experience demonstrating the ability to be successful in this role.
