Operations Manager  |  NextGen Manchester Resiliency Council (Manchester, NH)

The NextGen Manchester Resiliency Council is a New Hampshire Non-Profit, Non-Member Corporation established in 2023. The NextGen Manchester Resiliency Council serves as a coordinating body to ensure cohesive implementation of the City of Manchester’s Build Back Better Regional Challenge award from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). Our mission is to promote equitable economic growth, support the creation of good-paying jobs, and enhance U.S. global competitiveness in the BioFabrication industry in Manchester, NH.

The City’s Build Back Better Regional Challenge award brings $44 million in federal funds to support six key component projects aimed at establishing a national hub for the production and distribution of regenerative cells, tissues, and organs in Southern New Hampshire. The NextGen Manchester Resiliency Council is overseeing the implementation of these large-scale projects, including but not limited to a portfolio of workforce development programs, the renovation of a historic mill building into a manufacturing and training facility, and the creation of a Biofabrication startup accelerator.

NextGen Manchester serves as a coordinating body to ensure cohesive implementation of coalition-led projects funded by the award and compliance with federal reporting requirements. It functions as a public-facing entity for community engagement, a collaborative forum for strategic decision-making, and a forward-thinking engine for sustainable and inclusive economic development in Manchester.
