
Operations Manager
About the Job
● Self-starter passionate about building a maker community in the Concord region.
● Knowledge and/or willingness to learn to operate and maintain shop and lab equipment,
including in our prototyping lab and woodshop.
● Flexibility and a willingness to take on different tasks as the organization grows and
opportunities and challenges arise.
● Flexible schedule, some nights and weekends required
The ideal candidate will have some of the skills mentioned above, and a willingness to learn and
grow in the position, while working closely with the makerspace board and community. We
aren’t expecting someone to have all of the skills. Most of all, we are looking for someone with a
passion and interest in helping to grow a community organization and a willingness to learn on
the job.

This is an ideal position for someone interested in helping to grow a community organization,
and interested in learning new skills and developing professionally.
● Part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week, with an annual salary of
$28,000-$31,000.
● 3 weeks of paid time off, accrued each pay period, plus the week between Christmas
and New Years off.
● Funding to support professional development.
● Opportunity to use the makerspace in your free time to take on your own projects.
