About the Job
Mid-State Health Center is expanding its finance team and looking for a dedicated professional to step into a key leadership role. In this hands-on management position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial strength of our organization while supporting our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible primary care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. You’ll work directly with leadership, reporting to the CEO, and overseeing a skilled accounting team that helps drive our mission forward.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong background in budgeting and federal grant reporting preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- At least three years of fiscal management experience, with at least one in a healthcare setting
- Leadership skills to guide and support the accounting department
