The New Hampshire Juvenile Court Diversion Network (Network) seeks a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director with daily operations and implement processes supporting organizational growth. Working closely with the Director to ensure effective, efficient operation of the Network, which oversees accreditation and support for 17 juvenile diversion programs statewide, the Executive Assistant will make a positive difference for justice-involved young people in the Granite State. 

This new, full-time position will be a salaried position, based on agency need and funding availability. Some benefits will take effect after the required 90-day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Executive Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with training and event planning and coordination, including logistical arrangements and catering orders with guidance from the Executive Director
  • Conduct research and provide support with various projects and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Provide support to the Executive Director in working with the Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings, disseminating materials, maintaining minutes/records, and updating board contact list
  • Perform administrative tasks related to processing account receivables and payables, including data entry, uploading and printing invoices and financial documents to a cloud-based document server and working with third party accounting support

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Proficiency and creativity using a wide range of technology and software tools is required (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, online design platforms, social media platforms, remote meeting platforms, email marketing platforms)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective written and verbal communication with colleagues, partner organizations, funders, board members and other stakeholders
  • Meticulous organizational and time-management skills with flexibility to manage multiple priorities
  • Sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to swiftly respond to changing circumstances and adjust priorities
  • Willingness to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • A higher education degree or training in a marketing or other business-related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
