Lakes Region Mental Health Center (LRMHC) is the community mental health center serving Belknap and southern Grafton Counties. We provide services to 24 surrounding towns, and nearly 4,000 patients each year. A non-profit, private corporation founded in 1966, Lakes Region Mental Health Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors dedicated to our mission.  We provide integrated mental and physical health care to children, adults, elders and their families who are living with – and recovering from- mental illness and/or emotional distress. Our dedicated professionals provide the highest quality of healthcare and collaborate with many other organizations in the region to improve access to care and meet the mental health needs of the community. By working in partnership with other health care providers, hospitals, law enforcement, corrections, courts, school districts, social workers and public health officials, we are able to provide a continuum of care for our patients and improve the quality of life in the Lakes Region.

Lakes Region Mental Health Center is looking to hire our next Education and Wellness Coordinator.

Do you love all things training and wellness? If so, this is the opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone that can provide trainings, coordinate outside vendors to provide trainings and identify training needs based on core competencies and staff development plans.

This position also maintains the education and wellness hub, and professional development resources. Responsibilities also include managing our training platform, Relias and interfacing with staff at all levels of the agency.

Our internship program is a key element of this position, requiring leadership and organizational skills to assist us in strengthening our workforce efforts.

We are looking for someone with an excellent mix of people and computer skills. Ideally, you will have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field as well as two to five years’ of clinical experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.

This is a hybrid work opportunity.
