JOB TITLE: Community Engagement Coordinator

A member of the Development, Marketing & Communications (DMC) team, the Community Engagement Coordinator will execute a variety of tasks that assist with the implementation of the marketing & communications strategy for the organization.

REPORTS TO: Director of Development, Marketing & Communications

EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: None

POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication or related field. Experience using email marketing, website editing, social media scheduling, and event registration platforms preferable but not required.

JOB DUTIES:

Under direction of the Director of Development, Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator will --

  • Make regular edits to the Future In Sight website, reviewing each page daily to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Post Future In Sight activities & workshops to the event registration platform and website calendar.
  • Build and schedule Future In Sight’s external email campaigns according to the email deployment calendar. Maintain the various audience segments within the email database and assist with growing the external database through various tactics.
  • Build and schedule engaging social media posts according to the social deployment calendar.
  • Maintain Future In Sight’s photo library ensuring that photos and waivers are properly cataloged.
  • Collect marketing performance data and populate the monthly metrics. Prepare additional metrics for specific campaigns as needed.
  • Prepare monthly recap decks and additional recap decks for specific campaigns as required.
  • Assist in the creation of collateral materials as needed.
  • Attend activities and events to capture photos and videos for content use.
  • Assist with donor stewardship activities, including mailings.
  • Maintain the Future In Sight intranet.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of various materials on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time while performing job-related tasks.

 SCHEDULE:

Regular office hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. A hybrid schedule can be discussed for this role. Schedule may vary week to week due to activities, events, and the general nature of the work. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, are required periodically. Some travel within the state is required with generous mileage reimbursement. Future In Sight HQ is located at 25 Walker Street, Concord, NH.

SALARY: $43,000-$48,000

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Future In Sight offers a generous benefits package including four weeks of vacation plus additional personal and sick days, comprehensive health benefits with up to 90% of the medical premium covered by Future In Sight, and a 403(b) program with 5% company match.
