Green Woodlands Foundation is a private family operating foundation, 501(c)(3) with a small home office and a large impact. Our mission is to help people connect with nature by providing more than 50 kilometers of cross-country ski trails and over 70 miles of mountain-bike trails—free for the public to enjoy. We also focus on wildlife management, wilderness search and rescue, wilderness medicine, and land conservation.
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our accounting, payroll (QuickBooks), event coordination, property management, social-media communications, and donor relations. This position is based in our home office in Dorchester, NH. As a small team, we all pitch in across a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong follow through skills, self directed and comfortable with technology. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, digital filing systems, social-media platforms, and professional writing is required.
