Responsive Grant Funding

Aligning with its Strategic Plan, Granite United Way offers nonprofits an opportunity to access responsive funding three times per year with grants ranging from $1,000 - $10,000 each cycle. 

Certified 501(c)3 organizations, or organizations with a fiscal sponsor, can apply for qualification status and apply for funding in all 7 of the regions Granite United Way serves. General grant funding is intended to support programs that enable individuals and communities to Learn, Earn and Be Healthy. 

The timeline for the first RFQ:

Ongoing: Request for Qualification (RFQ) The RFQ is always available and must be completed before accessing the RFP.

February 24, 2025: Request for Proposals (RFP) for the second of three funding cycles opens with a link to this portal on graniteuw.org.

March 14, 2025: Request for Proposals closes.

March 17, 2025 – April 4, 2025: Local Community Impact Committees review proposals.

April 11, 2025 - May 2025: Decisions on funding are made and payment is distributed.
