Grant Opportunites focused on Healthy Aging

The Foundation for Seacoast Health announced their 2025 grant cycle focused on Healthy Aging.

They are seeking proposals from organizations dedicated to improving the lives of older adults through programs that reduce social isolation, enhance caregiver support, and improve access to resources. In addition, the Foundation will prioritize organizations that primarily serve older adults, and that reach at-risk or marginalized individuals.

All grants will be single-year, general operating support grants, and grants between $25,000-$50,000 will be considered. The deadline to submit is April 25, 2025.
