The Liberation Nexus Lab seeks to radically reshape our society by shifting hearts and minds by cultivating community and deep connections. We are an online community, resource hub, and home for our consulting work. We offer equity-focused consulting services such as DEI audits, equity coaching, cohort programs, and strategic planning through an equity lens. We host an online community space and resource hub as a space for learning, growth, and innovation without barriers to entry via educational or professional affiliation.
Erin Allgood and Emerald Anderson-Ford are partners in equity consulting and collectively have facilitated hundreds of projects and processes with various types of organizations, including community foundations, nonprofits, for-profits, and governmental organizations focused on building a more equitable future for over a decade.
Emerald Anderson-Ford is a traveling philosopher, alchemist, writer, and abolitionist. Emerald melds storytelling, community activism, and non-profit experience to challenge oppressive systems and structures. She takes the work of educating folk on BIPoC liberation seriously while honoring her own identities and using storytelling, small cohort dialogue, and traditional workshops to help guide people on their journeys. Prior to starting The Lab, Emerald founded Communities Reaching for Equity and Diversity (CRED), a 100% Black woman and femme-led social equity consultant group based in Manchester, NH.
Erin Allgood is a master facilitator, advocate for justice, and experienced social impact strategist. She focuses on catalyzing social change at the systems, organization, and individual levels.
