Is This You?
You're lying awake at 3am, second-guessing your decisions, worried about your team, and exhausted by the pressure to do everything right. You care deeply about your organization's mission, you want to show up in this critical moment, and you want to be the leader you always needed, but you're burning out trying to get there.
It Doesn't Have To Be This Way
Tessa helps nonprofit leaders cope with the pressure to "get it right" so that they can continue to make an impact without burning out.
Through personalized coaching, facilitation, and training, she helps clients identify the thinking patterns keeping them stuck, establish healthy boundaries, and lead with self-compassion instead of self-criticism. She draws from energy leadership, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-compassion practices, and boundary-setting techniques to help clients build inclusive team cultures and set realistic goals without taking on the burden of fixing everything themselves.
