Dr. Robert Levey, founder of Exponential Squared, brings over 15 years of leadership experience in marketing, development, and organizational strategy. His diverse academic background includes a BA in Philosophy, BS in Organizational Behavior, MA in English, MBA, and a PhD in Transformative Studies, where his research focused on personal and societal transformation. In addition to leading Exponential Squared, Dr. Levey is a senior online adjunct faculty member at UNH College of Professional Studies, where he teaches nonprofit marketing, fundraising and development, leadership, and related subjects.
Dr. Levey’s work extends to his innovative program, EcoDialogues, which explores the interconnectedness of internal beliefs and external organizational and societal spaces, drawing on frameworks like ecopsychology, moral philosophy, and Indigenous thinking.
He has also served in key nonprofit leadership roles, including as president of The Chase Home, one of New Hampshire’s oldest nonprofit organizations, where he led transformative culture change at both board and operational levels.
