Description of Work Done
Success Measures Community Impact Project: Provide remote one-on-one technical assistance to a cohort of NeighborWorks Organizations (NWOs) and assist in the planning and implementation of a community impact evaluation that includes resident surveys and observations of physical conditions in accordance with Success Measures guidelines.

Assessment of Resident Leadership Training Across the U.S.: Conducted a comparative analysis of approximately 40 NeighborWorks partner organizations and sites that implement a Community Building & Organizing agenda. Data was collected from organizations via online survey and was followed up by in-depth interviews with site coordinators/managers to determine local methodology for community building and organizing. Quantitative and qualitative data was analyzed comprehensively to answer research questions.

National Training Institute Instructor: Teach courses for one full week, four times a year at the NeighborWorks Training Institute (NTI) to practitioners from all over the U.S. and territories. Classes have about 20-30 participants each and some courses, such as ED 180, include a mobile workshop design.
