I am a Financial Management Consultant with 20+ years' experience offering services to nonprofit organizations who are seeking a part-time CFO. Contracting with me provides critical capacity that enables your organization to be more fiscally responsible, decreases leadership (and other staff) time spent on financial management tasks, and increases dedicated time to the work that needs to be done to further the mission of the organization. - Workshops: Leading Introduction to Financial Management and Budget Management workshops for your leadership & finance team.
- Special Projects: personnel and non-personnel allocations, by funding source; financial processes and procedures; Quickbooks Online and other financial systems, and special projects based on your organization’s needs.
- Grant management: budget development, grant revenue and expenditure tracking, financial reporting
- Board Support: attend Finance Committee and Board meetings to present monthly financials, annual budget, annual audit; onboard new Board members as related to the organization’s financial reports/dashboard
- Annual audit: set up systems throughout the year to ease the workload during the annual audit, assist with the annual audit
