I am a nonprofit strategic planner, board governance expert and an Interim Executive Director.  I help nonprofit organizations better serve their community by supporting .  I spent much of my career in nonprofit healthcare, leading strategic planning, system development, and community health improvement for Yale New Haven Health System.  Throughout my career, I served on boards of mission-driven organizations and led strategic planning processes for them to set a clear vision for the future and develop supporting strategies to achieve the goals.  I have been a thought partner to senior leaders of hospitals and nonprofits, and have re-engaged boards and key stakeholders in the work of the organization.   I have served as an Interim Executive Director for an organization that was going through a leadership change.

I hold an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Dartmouth College and live in Meredith, NH.
