Kellie Wardman, PCC, CPCC, lives in NH and serves as a consultant and executive coach for a wide range of innovative and impactful non-profit organizations. She serves as the lead senior consultant for DBD’s work in strategic planning, board development and governance, and team and organizational culture work. She also provides clients support in facilitating partnerships and collaborations and in feasibility studies and other aspects of fundraising.
Prior to the last 20 years working in non-profits, Kellie spent a decade supporting thought leaders in the field of systems thinking and organizational learning. Kellie is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Training Institute. She also is trained as an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), helping teams to strengthen their organizational culture and teamwork.
Kellie is certified in a powerful 360 tool for leadership development, the Leadership Circle Profile, and also in the Collective Leadership Assessment, a team culture tool. Kellie provides counsel in: Strategic Planning Board Development and Governance, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Organizational Culture and Team Building, Volunteer/Staff Training, Retreat Planning and Facilitation, Partnerships and Collaborations, Capital Development Planning and Preparation, and Campaign Feasibility Studies.
Kellie worked for 10 years in operations for The Granite YMCA in New Hampshire as Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and branch executive. She also worked for Earthwatch Institute as Deputy Director of Constituent Relations, overseeing both fund development and marketing. She currently serves on the board of trustees for a local YMCA and as the Co-Vice President of Educational and Professional Development for the International Coaching Foundation of New England. She received her BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College.
