I am an experienced (25+ years) evaluator with expertise in process and outcome evaluation and their use in organizational development and change. I work with nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and state and federal agencies in the social services, health, and education fields to evaluate their programs using quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
Past and present clients include NeighborWorks America, Health Resources in Action, City Year, Families in Transition, and the National League of Cities. I also work with a variety of foundation clients supporting the design and implementation of evaluations of philanthropic initiatives. Past and present clients include the Endowment for Health, the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, the Main Street Community Foundation, Foundation for Community Health, and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. I also provide evaluation support to public agencies in New Hampshire including the Asthma Control Program and the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program at the NH Department of Health and Human Services.
I previously worked as a Senior Evaluation Associate at Innovation Network, a nonprofit consulting firm based in Washington, DC. Prior to that, I was a Research Associate/Project Manager at the Harvard Family Research Project where I conducted evaluation research on afterschool programs. I was also an evaluation and technical support contractor working with field offices and nongovernmental organizations for the United States Agency for International Development. I have a master's degree in education policy from Harvard University.
