Skilled, experienced senior leader who has made a successful transition from a highly technical business career to providing Executive and Leadership Coaching to nonprofits.
Initially under the auspices of the NH Center for Nonprofits, engaged with multiple nonprofit organizations around the state of NH to coach and train executive directors. Worked with numerous leaders in 1-on-1 coaching engagements to address key issues such as becoming more strategic, improving ability to influence and lead teams, developing vision and motivating teams to follow. Also helped build key skills in all areas of leadership such as influencing, improving organizational culture, delegating, prioritizing, setting and executing strategy, mentoring, decision-making, etc. This in turn improved effectiveness of their organizations, enabling them to be more productive and focused on mission objectives.
Jeff’s integral coaching approach takes the whole individual into account: mind, body and spirit. Jeff’s coaching is oriented at achieving each individual’s potential. It is also oriented towards balance in one’s life to discover one’s innate priorities and stay focused on those to maximize happiness. We all develop in this world according to our experiences, family background, education, culture, etc. These experiences develop in us a specific world view which by its very nature is limited. It is the function of coaching to widen our perspective, make us aware of our own limitations, and grow past those to new areas of skill and competence.
In general, coaching engagements address such key issues such as becoming more strategic, improving ability to influence and lead teams, developing vision and motivating teams to follow. Skills addressed include influencing, improving organizational culture, delegating, prioritizing, setting and executing strategy, mentoring, decision-making, etc. The focus is to develop individual skills which then help improve the effectiveness of their organizations, enabling them to be more productive and focused on mission objectives.
Testimonial from Debbie on her Coaching Experience:
"Meeting Jeff Ghannam for Executive Coaching when I did was just what I needed. I wanted to re-charge and learn how to be more effective at work. His coaching process helped me to identify goals, goals that had much more value then I realized. Then I assimilated strategies that fit my preferences, my lifestyle and my work to achieve them. These learnings have become habits on taking better care of myself, as well as other work related habits that have helped me to be more effective in my day to day responsibilities."
Testimonial from Deanna on her Coaching Experience:
"When I sought out the services of a professional executive coach, I had no idea what I was getting into. I thought I might learn the latest theory about effective leadership and be trained on implementing it. Nothing could be farther from the experience I actually had and I wouldn't have it any other way. What a delightful surprise when Jeff introduced me to myself and taught me targeted practices to tap into my values and inner strength allowing me to lead from my heart as well as my head. With my activities more in synch with the source of my energy, I'm more efficient and focused. The result is better connection to my staff, my board and our mission. The bonus is a sense of greater reward every day in my work."
