Deb Shannon Coaching & Consulting helps nonprofit and purpose-driven leaders strengthen communication, culture, and leadership through the neuroscience of conversations and mental fitness training.

Deb’s work focuses on helping leaders and teams manage external stress, support staff well-being, and create a culture of trust and clarity in their organizations. As a Transition Catalyst, she partners with accomplished professionals who are ready to move from reaction to reflection—developing calm, confidence, and clarity that lead to stronger collaboration and impact.

Through interactive workshops such as Beyond Saboteurs, The Power of Presence, and The DNA of Conversations, participants learn to communicate with empathy and precision, build cultures of trust and accountability, and strengthen leadership resilience through daily mental fitness practices.

Deb has presented with nonprofits and regional Human Resources Associations throughout New England, facilitating conversations that foster connection, growth, and sustainable performance.

She offers a free Mental Fitness Assessment and Discovery Calls for coaching to help organizations explore how to cultivate clarity, resilience, and healthier cultures—one conversation at a time.

Description of Work Done
As a member, I volunteered with WeTheChange, national network of women CEOs and leaders of Certified B Corporations and purpose-driven companies, to strengthen communication, leadership collaboration, and organizational culture. My work included facilitating Leadership Circle strategy sessions, refining partnership agreements with Impact Women, and guiding live input sessions to improve clarity around financial responsibilities and shared decision-making.

I also served as the host and emcee for the 2025 Recharge & Rise Retreat, bringing together more than 70 women leaders for an immersive experience focused on connection, leadership renewal, and shared prosperity. I supported the planning team with structure, facilitation design, and communications strategy to align retreat outcomes with WeTheChange’s broader mission to grow collective impact.
