Llorente, SHRM -SCP, is a bilingual, award-winning HR executive who blends his global experience directing human resources operations and leading strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives to successfully partner and consult with clients. During the past 9 years (and counting) he has led a variety of projects with non-profit organizations. Examples: enhancing a leadership team’s effectiveness, launching a new program team’s structure and developing human resources strategies that help maximize employee engagement and inclusion. His leadership and commitment to developing/supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs were recognized as he received the prestigious “Luminary Award” from HENAAC (Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation.) He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Plymouth State University (Plymouth, NH) and Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College (Spartanburg, SC.)
