Amanda is a leadership development consultant, trainer, and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in developing the effectiveness of leaders and organizations.
She is passionate about creating the conditions that allow individuals, teams and organizations to thrive. Amanda’s unique heart and mind approach draws on expertise in mindfulness, emotional-intelligence, and strength based mindsets.
Amanda has worked with dozens of organizations and hundreds of leaders throughout the country. Clients include higher education institutions, public school districts, social service agencies, advocacy organizations, philanthropic institutions, faith-based organizations and entrepreneurs. As Senior Training Consultant at Dartmouth College, Amanda created Dartmouth LEADS, a 9-month professional development program for high-performance managers, and guided institution-wide strategic planning for the Provost’s office and Division of Campus Services.
Amanda has served as a mentor on the Racial Justice from the Heart team and a coach/facilitator for Million Dollar Women Masterclass. Prior to consulting, Amanda focused on leadership and culture change at Bend the Arc as Director of the Selah Leadership Program and Network, developed in partnership with the Rockwood Leadership Institute and supporting 300+ social change leaders.
Amanda holds an M.S in Positive Organizational Development and a Certificate in Coaching for Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is a graduate of the Consultant Master Class with the Social Transformation Project; a graduate of the Train the Trainer Racial Justice from the Heart Curriculum; and a Development Dimensions International Certified Facilitator. Amanda recently served on the board of the Institute of Jewish Spirituality. She lives in Hanover, NH with her husband and two children, and enjoys hiking and dancing.
