Wright Collective (WC) is an established consulting firm that executes all scopes of work from their core curriculum, The Abundance Framework. We root organizations in abundance thinking, shifting the mindsets of all key stakeholders to not only believe that they can access significant philanthropic dollars but to understand the importance of their role in becoming skillful fundraisers. An abundance mindset is critical to engaging the next generation of donors and investors. At WC, we also serve the philanthropic needs of high-net worth Millennials and their famileis/companies. Working with family foundations and individual philanthropists, WC has deep expertise in major gifts, engaging and empowering Millennials and their families or entities, to design impactful giving strategies. The Abundance Framework was written in 2014 by CEO, Alyssa F. Wright, in response to her work as a philanthropic advisor to Millennial donors and upon the release of the Haas Jr. Fund’s report, “What does it take to create a Culture of Philanthropy?” With each of our partnerships, we seek to instill abundance thinking and craft tailored plans that address each of the four core components of a Culture of Philanthropy, all while building the skillsets of an organization to strategize effectively in response to an ever-changing philanthropic landscape. This approach also draws upon thoughtful and thorough funding research and an understanding of local, national, and international trends in philanthropy. Wright Consulting has worked with dozens of nonprofits, family foundations, and social entrepreneurs. Our associate consultants Kim Fall and Alison Yoder bring another two decades of nonprofit experience focusing on succession planning, research, prospecting, special events, and nonprofit operations. Through our coaching, custom research, strategic planning, and other development services, our clients have grown their capacity to: Give more primary school students a voice for social justice through art therapy thereby becoming leaders around local community issues (RAW Art Works: Lynn, MA) Reframed the philanthropic mindset of both the Board and the Staff at a theatre company to result in a 210% increase in individual giving (WAM Theatre Company: Lenox, MA) Ensured the successful implementation of a Millennial giving community that raised over $50,000 in its first year through individual donations and sponsorships (Jane Doe, Inc: Boston, MA) Our work with each client goes beyond our professional role - we become their advocates and supporters, evangelizing for their work within our vast network of affluence and influence. “Alyssa Wright and her team helped us figure out how to build meaningful relationships with donors and launch our capital campaign in partnership with them. They demystified the process, provided tools for success, and busted our fears. As a result of guidance from Alyssa and her team, we were able to confidently step into our campaign and raise over 50% of our campaign goal within the first year.” -Lindsey Musen, Limitless Horizons We also run seasonal cohorts with development professionals on timely topics.
