Founded in 1975, Androscoggin Valley Home Care Services provides support for frail elderly and disabled people wishing to live safely and comfortably at home for as long as possible with targeted help.

AIDS Response Seacoast is a non-profit community-based HIV/AIDS Service Organization, based in Portsmouth, NH, dedicated to providing education, direct assistance and advocacy to persons and communities affected by HIV infection.

Ascentria Care Alliance, formerly Lutheran Social Services of New England, began in 1872 in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Over the years, the nonprofit organization has expanded to include many programs throughout New England including operating offices in Concord and Manchester New Hampshire. With a mission to: "strengthen communities by empowering people to respond to life's challenges".
