We conducted four projects in a span of two years, which included strategic planning, organization design, business modeling, and board development. The organization needed to take a huge step forward in ensuring their leadership position among human service agencies and these four projects lead to powerful strategy, a more effective and efficient structure, adoption of innovation at all levels, and stronger leadership.

We conducted two projects over eighteen months, which included strategic planning and board development. The organization had a new CEO that had to change the culture and core of the agency's operations. We designed strategy to catapult the organization to a new playing field as one of the leading nonprofits on Cape Cod. In order to achieve the success and demands of the strategic plan, the board of directors needed to expand in capability and skill. The result was tweleve new board members in eight months that were able to support higher levels of order and organization, and a strategic plan that has repositioned the value of the agency to the Cape and the Islands.
