Concord, NH - HNHfoundation announces the election of a new member to their board of directors.  Joining the board is Attorney Sandra K. Mann of Manchester, NH.  Attorney Mann is an Associate at Devine, Millimet & Branch in Manchester, NH.

Attorney Mann’s practice focuses on counseling hospitals, physicians practices and long term care facilities on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.  She provides advice on matters relating to corporate and regulatory compliance, contracting, fraud and abuse, licensing, privacy and certificate of need.  Furthermore, Attorney Mann has extensive nonprofit and strategic planning experience which she obtained prior to law school.

Attorney Mann has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Russell Sage College and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1995 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1998.  She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association, Health Law Section.
