CVTC Announces 2018 Board of Directors

At the November Board Meeting for the Community Volunteer Transportation Company, the following were elected as officers: Eileen Fernandes of Keene as Chair; Kathryn Miner of Harrisville as Vice Chair; Jordan Volikas of Keene as Treasurer; and Matt Waitkins of Peterborough as Secretary. Other members of the Board are Sheila Mahon of Hancock and Jen Seher of Keene.

Monadnock United Way Welcomes Kate Cote

Kate Cote has joined Monadnock United Way (MUW) as administrative assistant. She has lived and worked in the Monadnock Region since 2005. Since graduating from Keene State College in 2007, Kate has held positions in customer service at People’s United Bank and NBT Bank, and most recently as a customer care account specialist at United Natural Foods.

YMCA holds 129th Annual Meeting

Nearly 80 members of the community joined the YMCA of Greater Nashua for its 129th Annual Meeting on November 17 at the Courtyard by Marriott in Nashua. During the annual breakfast meeting, YMCA CEO Mike LaChance inducted John Callahan of Hollis into the Y’s Hall of Fame, an honor reserved for those who have dedicated their time and talent to fulfilling the mission of the YMCA.
