Description:
Families in Transition, a non-profit affordable housing and supportive services program for homeless individuals and families, is seeking a full-time Master Level Clinician. Position will provide clinical treatment and services in the Family Willows, an intensive, trauma-informed, outpatient substance abuse treatment program within a supportive housing project to serve homeless, low-income and at-risk single parent families and single women. Program specializes in co-occurring disorders and providing a holistic treatment approach inclusive of case management and treatment services in the context of their daily lives.
Requirements:
Grant requires candidate must be dual licensed eligible with the State of NH Board of Mental Health and LADC Board within two years post-graduation. Expertise in substance abuse treatment, trauma, mental health and underserved populations a plus.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include delivery of clinical services in individual, group and crisis management formats, co-occurring disorder assessments and emergency hotline coverage.
