Recent Bird-Dogging Successes :
Catholic Charities Director Tom Bolonski attended the Republican Candidates Debate and engaged Senator McCain in a discussion about the impact of the sector. Ellen Koenig of the NH Charitable Foundation and her son attended the Democratic Candidates Debate. Her son asked candidates their thoughts on volunteer service. David White of the Board for Red River Theater was able to engage Senator Barak Obama’s wife in a discussion about the nonprofit sector. Monica Zulauf,
deputy director the HUB Family Resource Center is working with the
Somersworth Rotary to sponsor a meeting with the candidates at which
the impact of the nonprofit sector will be discussed. |
