Registered Nurse – Home Care Pediatric & Maternal Child Health

Job Duties:

The RN in our Home Care program works with the maternal child health team to assess and educate maternal child postpartum patients as assigned by the Clinical Director. This position requires the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, be well organized, have good communication skills and have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.


Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire with 2 years of acute care, community health, home health or skilled (medical/surgical) care experience. Ability to lift &/or move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Bachelor of Nursing and recent pediatric IV experience preferred.

Work Schedule and Requirements:

Per Diem (flexible hours). 1-3 days per week, hours flexible and one weekend per month as needed. .

Travel is required for this position. Must have auto insurance and reliable transportation.  Must be able to read, write and speak English and have the ability to use an electronic time and attendance system.
