Street Outreach case Worker Manchester, NH.(Full time) You will work with a team to provide prevention, outreach, crisis intervention, intensive case management, support services, and aftercare to homeless and runaway youth ages 12-22.  Work with youth to build trusting relationships, reduce and prevent sexual exploitation, and improve community awareness.  Provide needs assessments, survival aid and basic needs services, intensive case management, and referrals as the first point of contact for homeless and runaway youth.  Seeking someone with an energetic, outgoing personality, who can work a flexible schedule, including some evenings. Must be able to work independently and be a team player. Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, time management skills, motivation, and willingness to think outside the box a must.  The ideal candidate will be able to build positive, collaborative relationships in the community, and have strong written and face to face communication skills.  The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background, motor vehicle record check and have auto insurance that must meet company standards.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a BAB in social services field or equivalent with minimum one-year experience working with youth required.  Experience with homeless, runaway or high risk youth desired.
