Residential Overnight Supervisor

Primarily responsible for the supervision of all overnight residential staff while ensuring the integrity, safety and security of the Residential Program by providing pro-active, vigilant supervision during the overnight hours. The Awake Overnight Supervisor will provide training and direct supervision to staff, and will participate in student management, programming, and crisis management. BS/BA in Psychology, Education, Leadership, Human Service or related field. Prior supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred. The Awake Residential Overnight Supervisor requires critical thinking and impeccable organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to manage a diverse group of staff and students.  To be considered for this position, please submit letter of interest, resume and three reference.
