ClientTrack Database Support Staff

Come join our growing non-profit social services agency and utilize your strong technical and database skills to provide hands on experience in understanding a programs data collection need, interpreting that need, identifying the proper solutions and building solutions to fulfill the need directly. 

Your primary responsibility will be to tailor existing software to meet specific needs.  To this end you will:

  • Develop a deep knowledge and proficiency with the ClientTrack Data Management Tool including the ability to design and implement unique user interfaces, web forms, workflows, new and modified data structures and apply both simple and technical business rules. 
  • Ensure implementation is simple and intuitive for end users requiring limited training and support for end users. 
  • Schedule, coordinate and fulfill quality assurance tasks as assigned by Project Managers.
  • Detect issues and work with team toward satisfactory and timely issue resolution.
  • Utilize the ClientTrack issues system to submit issues, coordinate resolution and report on overall solution quality.
  • Utilize knowledge of SQL and the ClientTrack Data Management tools to perform “SQL review” and/or design review to identify potential issues.

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 5 or more years software experience required as well as at least five years SQL development, trouble shooting and problem solving experience.   Five years of HTML and Java script involvement, knowledge of business analysis principles also needed.  Ability to create reports using SSRS necessary Experience with Health, Human and Social Services organizations a plus along with experience/certification in a quality assurance related position, and past experience in writing/reviewing code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL).  Familiarity with XML and CSV as interchange formats and expertise on the ClientTrack Data Management Tools is preferred.
