Residential Site Leader

Founded in 1963, Riverbend Community Mental Health is a private, nonprofit organization providing specialized behavioral health services in central New Hampshire. Core services include 24/7 emergency mobile crisis services; counseling services for children, adults, and families; and community support, vocational services, and residential programs for adults and seniors. Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Site Leader to work in our residential program in Concord, NH, which provides recovery-oriented services to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
As a Residential Site Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of this supportive residential program. The Site Leader provides support to the Program Manager, Residential Rehabilitation Specialists and residents to ensure safe and efficient daily operations of the site.


• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation, education, or human services
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills.
• CNA, LNA, CMA licensure is in addition to a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Monday thru Friday, 7am-3pm. Flexibility to work different shifts, if necessary, is required.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with auto insurance
• CPR certification, or willingness to become certified
• MOAB (crisis management) certification, or willingness to become certified
• He-M 1202 (medication management) certification, or willingness to become certified
NOTE: A criminal and motor vehicle record release is required upon hiring.


• Monitor mandatory state regulations for certification and licensing
• Manage and maintain staff schedules for a 24-hour program
• Coordination with other service providers
• Assume responsibility of the routine operation, management, safety and provision of services at the residential program and supports residents in their efforts to facilitate their recovery by the attainment of their goals.
