Come help us grow!  An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and service oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team of dedicated professionals at the Partnership for Successful Living.

The Partnership for Successful Living is an efficient and innovative collaboration of six non-profit organizations providing access to housing, health care, education, employment and supportive services to help individuals and families achieve sustainable independence.  

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the recruitment cycle from end to end (including both tactical and strategic elements of the recruiting cycle) and will create and implement recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers to support hiring initiatives.  You will proactively develop diverse talent pipelines and provide full cycle recruiting support by leveraging social media, job sites and applicant tracking systems to attract high quality candidates. 

The successful candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting at all levels in a high volume, fast-growing Agency.  Bachelor’s Degree and knowledge of recruiting needs of Healthcare organizations preferred.  You will be proficient in producing recruiting reports and monitoring progress through analytics and possess a strong focus on process improvement with a solutions oriented mindset.  Strong Microsoft Office Skills needed.  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
