Position Summary: Responsible for: Generating Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections for PLUS Company and Gateways. Establishing and maintaining tracking systems for fee agreements, budgets, billing, and CDS contracts for PLUS Company. Apply principles of accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Role Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain tracking systems for fee agreements, budgets, billing and CDS contracts for PLUS Company.
•Work with Department managers at PLUS Company to better understand the budget, expenses, and billing structure.
•Prepare special billing accounts payable invoices for payment.
•Prepare Accounts Receivable invoices and perform collections for PLUS and Gateways.
•Prepare various monthly journal entries.
•Maintain signed VMS fee agreements and periodically update VMS records.
•Assist with month end closing of all business units to ensure timely financial statement reporting.
•Continually strive for improved efficiency in workflow and communication.
•Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliations.
•Assist with yearly audits.
•Meet with Supervisor periodically to review priorities.
•Post receipts for all business units.
•Other ad hoc projects as needed.
•Must be able to work 40-hour work week.


Qualifications, Education and Experience:
•B.S. or higher degree in accounting or related field
•Minimum 2 years accounting experience
•Able to work independently and meet deadlines
•Must be efficient, accurate, dependable and able to prioritize work
•Requires utmost trust and confidentiality
•Demonstrate team communications and collaboration skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment including working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
•Communicate constructively to management and staff on problems, ideas or any other insights to assist in defining new best operational practices.
•Possess reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel.
