Community Partners is looking for a positive team player to fill our Medical Billing & Collections Specialist position for our nonprofit organization. For this position we envision an individual who is mission driven and at the end of the day proud to be a vital part of an agency who provides individuals and families with critical support and services. Candidates applying should be comfortable with billing as responsibilities include working with Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, Medicare, and Commercial Insurances to ensure timely and accurate payment of submitted claims.

This is 40-hours/week hourly position offers a wage range starting at $15/hour  as well as a generous benefit package including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.


An Associate’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, plus three years’ experience in medical insurance billing and collections is required.

As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
