Community Partners is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). The ARNP will serve as the primary psychiatric provider for Rochester Community Counseling, a newly developed community-based outpatient psychotherapy practice providing goal oriented, brief therapy model treatment. The ARNP will work with therapy staff evaluating clients diagnostically when they are referred, and beginning psychiatric treatment as indicated. Additionally, the ARNP will join the agency’s Adult Treatment team, working with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team. Anticipated duties will be divided equally between treatment programs, and services for both will take place at CP’s Rochester office.

Employing a multidisciplinary team approach and attention to EBP’s, this role will expand the availability of psychiatry to clients in an outpatient psychotherapy clinic, as well as to the full spectrum of psychiatric treatment needs of an adult mental health clinic population.

Essential skills include diagnostic assessments and treatment evaluations, medication management, and consultation with staff and peers. The ARNP will play an integral role in all aspects of client care.

This full-time position offers an annual salary range starting at $95,000 as well as a generous benefit package including paid time off, health, dental and life insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.

  • Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • ARNP Licensure with the NH Board of Nursing
  • DEA Certificate
  • Board Certified Psychiatric ARNP

As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates are expected to pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
