Licensed Therapists  LICSW/LCMHC (Full-Time )  -  PHP -    Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center

Are you a licensed health professional who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive health and wellness center dedicated to providing mental health services to a diverse cultural, religious and socio-economic population experiencing substance abuse and/or trauma?  If so, come join our dedicated team of providers in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).  

  • Current LICSW or LCMHC registration and licensure in the State of New Hampshire required.
  • 1 – 3 years of supervised experience working directly with clients in an inpatient or outpatient health care setting preferred. 
  • Experience working with substance abuse and mental health co-occurring disorders in a group setting needed.
  • Ability to provide after care planning required.
  • Personal integrity and ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile clients within the facility required as well as ability to interact with staff members and outside agencies a must. 
  • Must be able to be flexible and demonstrate resourcefulness and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to function both independently and in a team oriented environment.
  • Must be able to be punctual, consistent and to set limits/boundaries. 
  • Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Excel and good oral, written and reading communication skills needed. 

 

This position may qualify for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program.  This program offers student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of serving in a community-based site within a high-need HPSA which has applied to and been approved by the NHSC as a service site.
