Administrative Assistant

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Team.
 
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing general office reception for the administration building, which includes clerical support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and as needed support to other administrative departments.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
  • Two years of general office experience preferred.
  • Experience health insurance background is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong technical skills are required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • General reception support including scheduling meetings, managing and ordering office supplies, and assisting visitors.
  • Assist A/R department in processing Medicaid benefit notifications and preparing Explanation of Benefits (EOB’s) for secondary claim submission.
  • Assist in verification of insurance eligibility and claim status with various payers and reconciling claim information for various payers.
  • Preparation of daily bank deposits for both Riverbend and Penacook Assisted Living Facility.
  • Assist A/P department in processing employee expense reimbursements and tracking credit card payments.
  • Assist Human Resources with onboarding procedures including maintenance of orientation materials for new employees and producing employee badges.
  • Provide assistance, when necessary, to Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant with varied tasks that support the Senior Management Team.
  • Provide backup assistance with various projects for Administration Team.
  • Provide support with company events.
