Information Systems Developer/Analyst

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, currently has an opportunity for a full-time Developer/Analyst in the Information Systems Department. 
As an Information Systems Developer/Analyst, you will serve as a part of our small, but talented group of IS professionals who support our electronic systems across 15 sites in the Concord area.  We are part of an ever-changing environment, focused on providing the best possible services for Riverbend staff and the community.  The position reports to the Chief Information Officer, and is located in Concord.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
  • Thorough understanding of SQL 2012 relational database design and structure is required
  • 2 years SQL programming experience in a Windows environment is required
  • 2 years GUI design experience is required
  • 1 year SQL Integration Services (SSIS) experience is required
  • Strong technical and procedural analysis skills are required
  • Proven application and database troubleshooting skills are required
  • Excellent documentation practices and skills are required

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • SQL DBA experience (SQL 2012) is preferred.
  • SQL Analysis Services experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record requirements and processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing requirements and processes is preferred.
  • Training and experience in project management is preferred.
  • Work experience in a behavioral health environment is preferred.

The successful candidate will provide analysis, development, and implementation of enhancements to our Electronic Health Record and its associated packages, including billing, EDI, and e-prescribing, as well as general troubleshooting and user support.  Responsibilities will also include thorough testing and documentation of all changes, and development of data transfer processes between the EHR and other systems, both internal and external, in various formats and protocols.
